Rooms here were equipped with a single bed. The location was great and fantastic very close to cable car & botanical gardens, the main shopping area and shops and a variety of cafes and restaurants, and had everything you needed.

The value for money at Governor's Inn Apartments was excellent, especially for a family of 5 like ours. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street, shops, and bars. The manager, Clive, was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.
Breakfast items could be improved with some variety.

Stayed in a charming apartment, felt like I traveled back in time with its 19th-century building. The antique furniture added a touch of elegance. Towels were generously provided, no need to bring my own. thank goodness.
Luxury of using clean water for the final floor clean seems to be overrated. Highly recommend the grubby feet experience.

Stayed at Governor's Inn for a family holiday. The beds, toilet facilities, and kitchen equipment were all excellent. The apartment had everything we needed, including a spacious layout and a quiet bedroom. Clive Sr. and Clive Jr. were friendly and knowledgeable about the building's history. It felt like home, with the added convenience of saving money on meals. Will definitely return.
